How do I access my child's gallery? Visit the gallery login page, enter your access code, and click "Open Album."

I already have an account. How do I log in? Log in with your email address and password to view galleries, place orders, download purchased images, and check order status.

Can I place one order for multiple siblings? Yes! Click "Did you get another access code?" and enter up to five access codes.

Please Note: Packages and à la carte purchases are per access code and cannot be combined between children. Our Family Favorites Package is designed specifically for families with multiple children.

Can I crop my photos? Yes! Many products allow cropping during checkout. Use the quality indicators provided to ensure the best print results.

Will the watermark be removed? Absolutely! Watermarks appear only on preview images. All purchased products are delivered without a watermark.

How long does it take to receive digital downloads? Digital downloads are not released automatically. Each order is reviewed before release and is typically available within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email when your images are ready.

How can I check my order status? Use the link in your order confirmation email or log in to your account and select "My Account."

How long does delivery take? Orders with free school delivery are processed after the ordering deadline and are typically delivered within 5–10 business days.
